Training, nutrition, overall health and wellbeing are essential elements in the fundamental growth, change, transformation and maintenance of one's physical and mental health, energy and fitness.
Maxwell is a certified Personal trainer and certified Holistic fitness nutrition specialist with the National College of Exercise Professionals(NCEP). He is also a Course intructor for NCEP. Educating the next new generation of personal trainers. And is also certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is experienced with corrective exercise, performance training, special populations, and pre- and post-natal training, strength and endurance training.
His sports history consists of: men's physique athlete; having won 1st place and many top 5's. National ski patrol, collegiate-level baseball, competitive tennis, volleyball, and soccer. He enjoys golf, surfing, hiking, running, crossfit, skydiving, and scuba diving.
He has been a personal trainer at premier sports clubs in New York City and Los Angeles. By working at these sports clubs, Maxwell learned different perspectives in training philosophies and exercise concepts. Since then, he has had the time to perfect his training skills and further his education in exercise and nutritional sciences.
